Our delivery service is fast and reliable.
All of our products are prepared and shipped at our main warehouse in Fort Worth, TX.
All products will be shipped within 1-3 days after the order is received. If the order is received on a Friday after 12:00 p.m. MST, it will ship on following Monday.
Shipping is paid for by the customer, except for promotional and limited periods in which we offer the service free of charge. Registered users get free shipping on all orders no minimum.
If necessary, we will make partial shipments of products contained in an order at no additional cost to the customer.
The amount you will be charged for shipping will be displayed in your shopping cart before payment. Shipping costs will be charged together with the cost of your order at the time of payment. *No amount will be payable to the carrier when your package is delivered.
Orders are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are prepared by our warehouse from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Orders made after 5 p.m. Friday will be prepared on the following Monday.
Orders made by new users may, in exceptional circumstances, have a slightly longer shipping time should address checks on the order be necessary.

*Please note that at this time we cannot ship to mail forwarding companies, APO addresses or P.O Boxes. If you choose to ship to a P.O. box, please note that your delivery timeframe will be delayed as it will be re-routed then re-shipped.
